Where we ship

We ship to destinations offered at checkout. The countries, methods, and charges available for your address are shown on the checkout page before you place the order. We only ship to a complete address that checkout accepts. If a destination is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

For international orders, the recipient may owe customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. Those amounts are not collected by us and are not included in the shipping charge shown at checkout unless checkout explicitly lists them.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there is a problem with an order, we contact you at the email used at checkout.

Delivery estimates and charges

Shipping methods, prices, and estimated transit times after shipment are displayed at checkout and in the cart when a shipping address is entered. Those checkout figures are the offer you accept. Estimates are not guarantees and can change because of carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Tracking and address accuracy

Lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages

If a shipment is delayed, damaged in transit, appears lost, or is returned as undeliverable, email fatimabourhim481@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the order and carrier information and explain the next steps.
